Position: Manager 1 (M1)

Criteria:

• Age-Not surpassing 45 years starting at 28 February, 2018 
• Capability Minimum second Division in Masters Degree (Field of Study: Commerce/Management/Business Studies/Business Administration/Economics) from a perceived University 
• Involvement in Banking Sector: Minimum 10 years of involvement in a Commercial Bank with no less than 2 years of experience as Senior Officer 

Or 

• Least 11 years of involvement in a Commercial Bank including that of administration learner period

Required Knowledge & Skills for Business:

• Should can lead the branch/unit adequately, meeting and outperforming the doled out targets consequently amplifying new business openings and reinforcing the current demographic relationship 
• Should be adroit in drawing in new store and credit organizations, giving a prevalent level of client benefit and advancing administration culture through instructing, direction and staff inspiration

Criteria:

• Age-Not surpassing 35 years starting at 28 February, 2018 
• Qualification-Minimum second Division in Masters or Bachelors Degree. (Field of Study: Commerce/Management/Business Studies/Business Administration/Economics/Relevant Field) from a perceived University 
• Experience in Banking Sector-Minimum 6 years of involvement in a Commercial Bank with no less than 3 years of experience as an Officer 

Or  

• Least 8 years of involvement in a Commercial Bank including that of administration learner period 
• Required Knowledge and Skills: 
• Should be completely familiar with general managing an account functionalities and brilliant information of required unit

  Criteria:

• Qualification-Minimum second Division in Masters or Bachelors Degree. (Field of Study: Commerce/Management/Business Studies/Business Administration/Economics/Relevant Field) from a perceived University 
• Experience in Banking Sector-Minimum 5 years of involvement in a Commercial Bank with no less than 2 years of experience as Supervisor 

Or 

• Least 4 years of involvement in a Commercial Bank including that of administration learner period 

Particular criteria for Internal Audit (Job Related): 

• Preference will be given to hopefuls holding level of CA/ACCA 
• Minimum 2 years of working background as a Supervisor in Internal Audit Department of Commercial Bank/Professional Audit Experience including Commercial Banks 
• Adequate past involvement with inside and out learning on Credit, Operational Areas of Banking and exhaustive information on NRB Directives 
• Should have reviewed Commercial Banks amid Professional Audit

Position: Officer 1 (O1)                                                                         (Few)
