Introduction - Province of Nepal

The Provinces of Nepal were shaped on 20 September 2015 as per Schedule 4 of the Constitution of Nepal. The seven territories were shaped by gathering the current areas. The present arrangement of seven regions supplanted a before framework where Nepal was isolated into 14 Administrative Zones which were gathered into five Development Regions.
