Nepal Water Supply Corporation (NWSC) was assuming the three dimensional parts of 'proprietor', administrator and duty obsession. This framework made a restraining infrastructure in the water supply operation and presented the administration to extreme outside impacts and intercessions. Such impact to a great extent affected on the operational effectiveness of the utility. One of the cases of such impact is the enlistment of work force.
